If you make a purchase with pre-sale and non-pre-sale items, you will receive them at the same time.

 

If you want items that are not on pre-order to ship first, it is easier to purchase them through separate carts. Pre-orders may take up to 3-4 months to be manufactured from the end of the reservation period, when it is ready you will receive an email notifying that your order has been shipped.

 

Tariffs and customs duties

Buyers will pay any import duties and taxes that may be applied in their country. I am not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

Buyers located in VAT-collecting countries will have to pay the import VAT at the time of import, which is also known as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). In this scenario, the import VAT may be first paid by the shipping carrier or customs agent on behalf of the shopper, in addition to any customs brokerage fees. They will then bill the shopper and release the goods once paid. If the shopper refuses to pay the bill, then the goods may be returned to the merchant.

 

Shipping:

Once pre-order sales for these items end, we will begin production. We estimate that shipping will begin approximately 3-4 months after pre-orders for these items end. Please note that this schedule may be subject to delays due to shortages, pandemic-related issues, and other current events. Cancellations:

will not issue refunds in the following circumstances:

✦ The buyer changed their mind after receiving the purchased product.

✦ The product was sent to an incorrect or old address due to error on behalf of the buyer.

✦ The order was shipped (i.e. given to the Post Office) but tracking does not update.

✦ The order was shipped (i.e. given to the Post Office) but was lost, damaged, or stolen.

 

In the case where an order is returned to Vinka Art (due to an address error, failure to deliver, logistics on behalf of the shipping company, etc.), the buyer may choose to have the product shipped to them again if they pay the shipping fee. If the buyer wishes to cancel the purchase at this stage, we will only refund the value of the product.

 

Any and all refunds will be made to the payment account that was used to purchase a product.
